Announcements

	Welcome to the Columbia Midtown Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are so happy to see you and trust that you will receive a great blessing for having worshipped with us. If you are visiting for the first time, please fill out a visitor’s card to let us know.
	Visitors and regulars alike, please stay after Worship Services today and join us in Fellowship Lunch. Our numbers may be small today because of the ASI Convention in Florida, but that means that there will be plenty of food for all to enjoy!
	Our church now has its own phone number, 803-834-9115. This phone will be answered by volunteers who will give directions and information to potential visitors who respond to our ads in the newspaper or on the internet.
	On Wednesday evening, August 13, Pat Arrabito will be conducting our Midweek Prayer and Bible Study hour. Ms. Arrabito is part of the team that will be holding the Sabbath Day lecture and panel discussion on August 16. Let’s all turn out for this special study hour and have our biggest attendance ever!
	Next Sabbath, August 16, we’ll be having Kevin Morgan as a guest speaker. Pastor Morgan is part of the panel that will be discussing the Sabbath Day changes at the South Carolina Archives and History auditorium, 8301 Parklane, Columbia, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Following the lecture will be a panel discussion, so bring any questions you have about the Sabbath. There will also be many resources on the Sabbath question to take home. 	Communion Sabbath is coming up. Our next Communion, the second one of the year, will be held August 30, the fifth Sabbath of the month.
