Announcements

	Welcome to the Columbia Midtown Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are so happy to see you and trust that you will receive a great blessing for having worshiped with us. If you are visiting for the first time, please fill out a visitor’s card to let us know.
	Next Sabbath we’ll be having our light Fellowship Lunch, with soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts, immediately after Worship. We hope everyone can stay to join us in good food and fellowship! This will be our last Fellowship Lunch until at least April, to give us time to set up our new facilities at the Maple Street church.
	In March we’ll be moving to our new home in the Maple Street Southern Methodist Church at 831 Maple Street. We are so thankful to the Lord for providing this facility for us to use and grow in. Our Prayer Meeting and Bible Study hour will be moving to Tuesday nights at 6:30 instead of Wednesdays. February 24 will be our last Wednesday evening meeting, and our last Bible Study meeting at the Capital Senior Center. Beginning March 2, we’ll start meeting on Tuesday nights at the Maple Street Church.
	Beginning March 6, we will be having two Adult Sabbath School classes, the Regular class and the Pastor’s Class, which is primarily for new converts and non-members.
	On March 20, Dr. John Clark, a featured speaker on WBAJ, will deliver the sermon at our worship service at the Maple Street Church. Dr. Clark trained at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and has a passion to share his knowledge of conditions that can be prevented and reversed with good lifestyle choices.  On Saturday evening, March 13, he will be speaking at the First Church of Lexington on Cancer, and on Friday evening, March 19, he will be speaking about Cholesterol at the West Columbia Church at 6:30.
	The Carolina Conference has established another donation designation for Haiti relief. If your envelope is marked “ADRA-Haiti”, the funds will go to assist the people of Haiti. If your envelope is marked “ADRA-Haiti(SDA)” the funds will go to help rebuild damaged and destroyed SDA churches in Haiti.
	You can now submit your tithes and offerings online using your credit card. Just go to our website, MidtownChurch.net, and click on “Online Giving”.
	ACTS desperately needs volunteers! Can you spare a few hours a week to help this worthy cause?
	Please pray for Mike Clark and his family during his time of sorrow. His mother passed away early this week.
